Fine Touch Homes was founded by Wende Holmes. Wende possesses a high level of architectural drafting knowledge, in addition to her Interior Decorating Degree . These skills combined with her family history provide her with a unique skill set that is invaluable in creating a great custom home.

Wende is Colorado native and has been around real estate development literally her entire life. In fact the Holmes family has been developing Real Estate in Colorado for more than 200 years. Some of these projects include: the Historic Mack Brewery in Central City, waterproofing of the Eisenhower Tunnel, the areas surrounding the Aurora mall and Greenwood Village, and numerous other developments instrumental in making Denver the city it is today.

The unique building process at Fine Touch Homes pioneered by Steve Smith expedites the home building process and provides a superior home in less time. Steve has been in the construction business for over 34 years, he has owned and operated his own business for more than 16 of those years. Steve has experience in commercial, residential, and industrial projects, varying in types and sizes, from erection, to repairs and maintenance. These include design/build projects from ranging $450,000 and up. Steve's passionate about treating every project as unique and with a personal and individual touch.
